Attendance: If you are employed by an IHA member hospital, or are affiliated with an Endorsed Business Partner, Entrusted Partner, Corporate Sponsor, or Event Sponsor, you are eligible to attend IHA’s Annual Meeting at the member rate. Please note that we do not offer a non-member registration rate. If you're unsure whether your hospital is an IHA member, please contact Shirley Jones.

IHA Member Rate:

  • Full Event Fee: $950
  • Nov. 5 Awards Luncheon Only: $100

Cancellation Policy

  • 10% of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations made before Oct. 6.
  • 50% of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations made between Oct. 6 and Oct. 20.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made after Oct. 20. Substitutions are allowed onsite or in advance.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing by contacting IHA here
  • Credit or refunds will not be issued for no-shows, and the full invoiced amount is due to IHA.
