Attendance: If you are employed by an IHA member hospital, Endorsed Business Partner, Corporate Sponsor, Event Sponsor, you are invited to attend IHA’s Annual Meeting at the member rate. Please note that we do not have a non-member registration rate. If you are unsure whether your hospital is an IHA member, please reach out to Shirley Jones.

IHA Member Rate:

  • Early bird if registered by Sept. 1: $895
  • Standard starting Sept. 2: $950
  • Nov. 5 Awards Luncheon Only: $100

Cancellation Policy

  • 10% of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations made before Oct. 6.
  • 50% of the registration fee will be retained for cancellations made between Oct. 6 and Oct. 20.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made after Oct. 20. Substitutions are allowed onsite or in advance.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing by contacting IHA here
  • Credit or refunds will not be issued for no-shows, and the full invoiced amount is due to IHA.
