The Patient Safety Summit: A Day to Focus on What Matters Most
Alongside our 170+ member hospitals, IHA's Quality and Safety Team has been committed to making Indiana a leader in safe, high-quality health care. The Patient Safety Summit provides a valuable opportunity to reflect on our progress, evaluate our challenges, and chart the path forward toward our ambitious goal.
At the Indiana Patient Safety Summit, health care leaders and patient safety advocates come together to explore effective strategies, exchange best practices, and drive meaningful improvements across the state. Whether you're a CEO, CNO, nurse, case manager, or pharmacist, if you're dedicated to advancing patient safety and leading positive change, this summit promises to be an insightful and inspiring experience.

Registration Fee: $150. If your registration is cancelled on or before May 29, a $50 fee will be retained. Refunds are not available after May 29, but substitutions are allowed onsite or in advance by notifying Molly Kelly.
