Become the Leader Your Organization Needs
In 1990, IHA partnered with the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs to establish the Management Institute. Since then, more than 2,500 hospital managers have completed the program, gaining valuable expertise in health care-specific financial management, teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution. Those managers have integrated their newfound knowledge into their workplaces, driving immediate impact. Our graduates have stepped up as the leaders their organizations need—and you can too.

Cancellation & Payment Policy
The registration deadline is Friday, June 27. If your registration is cancelled on or before June 24, a $100 fee will be retained. For cancellations made after June 24 and prior to the start of the classes, a fee of $500 will be retained. Refunds are not available once the classes have begun. Substitutions are allowed prior to the start of classes and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis after that date.
Institute tuition is $2,650 for anyone employed by an IHA member hospital. Non-members may register at the rate of $3,150. Payment must be received prior to the start of classes.
